YSM-03018 New 3rd Generation Enameled Wire Scraper | Enameled Wire Lacquer Remover. It is a compact and easy to use tabletop enameled wire scraping tool. Can be adjusted to adapt to various specifications of enameled wire, easy to apply, can quickly scrape off the enameled wire surface insulating film, paint clean, smooth surface. Its superior performance completely replaces traditional paint removal methods such as manual blade scraping, grinding wheel or sandpaper abrasion and chemical corrosion. It not only greatly improves work efficiency but also offers excellent solderability, making it the ideal enameled wire scraping equipment for coil manufacturing and repair industries such as motors, electrical appliances, instruments, transformers, electronics and home appliances, power tools. Installation and Use
Extend the enameled wire into the center of the tool holder, press the start switch, and the motor will turn. Slowly pull the enameled wire out of the tool holder and the stripping is complete. According to the different wire diameter of the enameled wire, adjust the speed of the blade. The finer the wire diameter, the lower the speed needs to be, and the thicker the wire diameter, the faster the speed will be adjusted.
