Operation method: [See the instruction manual of the operation example for details]
A. Plug in the 220V/AC power supply. B. Remove the shield from the blade head part first. Adjust the scraping edge according to the required scraping wire diameter; Loosen the fixed knife edge and the headless hexagon socket screw that needs to be positioned (see the illustration of the example figure for details).
C. Turn the adjusting nut (adjust the size of the blade edge of the scraper, which is large clockwise and small counterclockwise), generally adjust the blade edge to be larger than the wire diameter of the enameled wire, then stuck the stem, take the enameled wire in one hand, adjust the adjusting nut in the other hand, there is a slight friction between the blade edge and the surface of the wire diameter of the enameled wire, and then lock all the screws to be fixed.
D. The limiting pin is adjusted and locked, and the protective cover is installed.
E. Press the power switch and the motor starts running.
F. Hold the enameled wire that needs to be scraped flat and extend into the inlet, and begin to remove the paint.
