How does the enameled wire stripping machine work?
Overview
During operation, place the enameled wire at the top between the two grinding wheels, then pull the enameled wire easily downward and out from the bottom between the wheels, and the stripping is complete. When the machine is running, the fiber wheel rotates at high speed and grinds away the insulating varnish or oxide on the enameled wire. After stripping, the copper wire surface is bright and clean. Stripping results are best for a single enameled wire.
