Operation Method

1. Insert the end of the enameled wire to be scraped into the center of the blade holder and press the power switch; the motor starts.

2. Move the enameled wire axially in the opposite direction until the end of the wire, and the varnish film is scraped off.

3. Release the power button switch.

4. Replace the workpiece and repeat the steps above.

Wire Diameter Adjustment and Related Notes

1. If the varnish film is not completely removed, increase the speed until it is clean. If the wire is cut by the blade during speed adjustment, reduce the speed until the requirements are met. 2. When scraping reaches the end of the enameled wire, do not let the end leave the three blades immediately. Wait until the cutter stops rotating before releasing contact, so that the wire does not suddenly leave the blade edge while rotating and damage it.

3. The housing uses voltage-resistant plastic material, safe and reliable.

4. Before scraping, the enameled wire must be slightly straightened by hand so that it aligns with the center of the blade edge.
