Installation and use
Choose suitable products from our company - 'tapered' stripping fiber wheels or imported 'tapered fiber wheels' - and install them on the two shafts of the machine. The tapered part of the stripping wheel is upward, slightly adjust the gap, and start the power supply to make the machine run normally for a while. Turn off the switch when everything is OK. Place the configured mesh sand between the two cones and adjust the distance between the two stripping wheels to loosen them slightly. Restart the device and grind the contact surface of the two wheels by holding the professional mesh sand with your hand to make the contact surface between the two wheels more appropriate. After everything is ready and normal, you can try stripping with the same method. Test the paint stripping effect, the pressure of the contact surfaces of the two paint stripping wheels can be completed by adjusting the device, and finally the desired paint stripping effect can be achieved.
When working, simply pull the treated end of the enameled wire into the conical surface of the paint stripping wheel, and the paint stripping work is completed in the blink of an eye. The principle of grinding off the insulation or oxide of the enameled wire is accomplished by the high-speed operation of the tapered peeling wheel. The stripped enameled wire has a brightly cleaned surface. If one enameled wire is used alone, the paint removal effect is remarkable. (Fine specifications can be multi-stranded.
For the tapered stripping wheels we produce, the collar on the shaft can be used to move the wheel upward so that both wheels shift reasonably to a useful position. Repeat the above steps until the machine runs normally, until the wheel is worn down to its base. For ease of operation, the wheels and shafts are inserted directly into the shaft by means of a static fit. So when replacing the new wheel, simply pull the old wheel straight out and insert it into the new wheel. Repeat the steps above and it should be working soon.
