The ABISOFIX portable electric flat wire stripper completely removes any hard insulating paint from the enameled wire without damaging the copper wire itself. It is quick and easy to operate and works exceptionally well. It is specially designed for the manufacture of transformers and coils, electrical appliances and repair motors, generators and other industries, and has a variety of models to choose from, suitable for enameled flat wires from 2 * 2-10 * 10mm. To improve product quality and production efficiency and thus increase profits, you are welcome to use the German "ABISOFIX" enameled wire paint removal machine. SPECIFICATIONS Applicable wire diameter: AWG32-5 (0.2-4.5mm) Machine size: 180×45mm Machine voltage: 6-40VDC Machine weight: 450g Control box voltage: 220V/50Hz AC Control box weight: 1kg Working principle: The portable electric enameled wire paint removal machine is fitted with three hard alloy blades and a movable blade head assembly. When the motor runs at high speed, the blades are driven by centrifugal force and close together, precisely cutting the insulation varnish on the surface of the enameled wire without damaging the copper wire itself. By adjusting the stepless speed controller on the control box, the machine can be used with different wire diameters; high speed suits thick wire, low speed suits fine wire. Operating instructions First put the enameled wire into the knife head, then tap the motor micro switch and exit the enameled wire to complete the paint removal work. By adjusting the speed of the blade through the transmission, the optimal cutting and paint removal can be controlled.
