Model 4510 portable enameled wire stripper is imported from Germany "ABISOFIX". It consists of two independent parts, the stripper body and the governor. The model is lightweight and flexible to operate. It is specially designed for the manufacture of coil electrical appliances and other industries. The body consists of an electric motor and a paint stripping blade. The blade head carries three independent hard blades that completely remove any hard insulating varnish, enamel varnish, ML, Lsonel and similar coatings from the wire surface without ever damaging the copper wire itself; without serious pollution or hazards, paint removal is fast and safe. Blades made of hard alloy for a long, durable blade life. Equipped with a stripping-length stop: the 4510 portable enameled wire paint removal machine strips up to 70mm, reaching 3mm from the bottom of the coil. A stepless speed controller adjusts the blade speed for the best possible stripping result. The pull-out stripping method makes paint removal quick and easy with obvious efficiency. Several blade types are designed for different purposes and needs.
